End users of Microsoft 365 Copilot understood the importance of Copilot but struggled to get started and fully utilize it. This posed a potential issue for adoption, expansion, and renewal. We saw an opportunity to make this content more engaging for both internal and external audiences. We also saw a chance, as an agency that has both helped to market Copilot but also onboarded the product within our own team, to use Copilot in the production planning, execution, and delivery to help integrate and optimize the work. Bread n Butter set out to build a production setup that maximized output while being mindful of participants’ time, all while capturing customized content suitable for both formal and social placements.
