SENIOR DESIGNER
OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Senior Designer with killer design and concepting skills and an unflappable attitude who likes to roll up their sleeves and make great work. If your portfolio is chock-full of outstanding social and digital campaigns, you’ve mastered the Adobe Creative Suite—including After Effects and Premiere—and the idea of trying stuff that’s never been done before is exciting, not scary, we’ve got the gig for you.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Strong concepting, design, and branding chops
Experience creating great social and digital campaigns
Seriously clued into people and trends
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of projects in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work with shifting priorities and deadlines
Very organized and with a high attention to detail
Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere and InDesign
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
Portfolio of compelling design (composition, typography, branding, image making, etc) and motion/editing work
5-7+ years agency experience
Photography know-how and a sense of humor a plus
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Leading, concepting, and executing social and digital campaigns for great local and national brands
Using your motion graphics and editing skills to bring creative ideas to life
Working on multiple client projects simultaneously
Staying cool as a cucumber in a fast-changing environment
Using your eagle-eye to keep everything organized and on point
Regularly presenting your work to clients
Leading by example and helping junior talent grow
